Globalization had been effected human lives in both manner negative and positive many times it offers new advancement of technology but sometimes it forced us to think , what if , there is no Globalization? As we all are facing a pandemic situation created by china is somehow also a result of Globalization but don't think this bad and always creates problem. Due to Globalization all time we are getting some new and jobs get increased across the whole world. Unbelievable advancement in science and technology has given a amazing opportunity to the business to easily spread across the territorial boundaries. Just because of the Globalization there has been a huge economical growth of companies, there is a competition in the quality of the product , services etc.  

Companies of the developed countries establishing their branches to take advantage locally through low cost man labour than their home countries, And all knows that all countries targeting to establish their companies in countries like china  because here they can get labour at much low cost and save their most of the money in production and also competition to meet global demand results in over exploitation of resources. Due to this,  it gives a competition to other companies for quality which somehow directly benefit customer that they have lot choice and will get a better product.

But negative impact is not also forgettable, let see if globalization increased it will results in increase of the cut throat competition then to overcome this situation companies reduce their product rate which directly affect the labour. In all this scenario the person who is affected most are labours but no one cares about this because this is not their business. Always labours and poor man has been grind in all situation and no one actually think about him only doing drama as we are all watching now a days.

Here one thing also to notice that we are not only exchanging our ideas , business , technology but also we are changing our culture and only adopting western culture , younger generation only love fun and frolic,enjoyment and adventure. Their fascination for materialistic culture is quite obvious , they ape to western culture and they are quite indifferent to their great heritage their attitude towards our custom is quite lukewarm.
